Nestled in the heart of Notting Hill, The 3PM Club is a forward-thinking after-school homework hub designed to support children academically while helping families reclaim calm and connection in the evenings. The club, founded by seasoned educator Monica de Sousa, combines academic consolidation with emotional well-being—offering structured routines, expert guidance, and a warm, child-centered environment.

As a brand-new venture, The 3PM Club came to Arora Online needing more than just a website; they needed a digital presence that would reflect their premium service, build immediate trust with discerning parents, and simplify early-stage operations such as enrollment and inquiries. With no existing brand assets or online footprint, they were looking for a strategic digital partner to help shape their identity, tell their story, and translate their educational ethos into a seamless, user-friendly platform. Our in-house team was ready to make it happen.

THE LIGHT BULB MOMENT

While we often collaborate with external development partners, we knew this project needed a tightly integrated, design-led approach so we brought it fully in-house. From the initial brand strategy through to launch, we delivered a cohesive digital experience that embodied The 3PM Club’s vision.

Brand Identity:

Working closely with the founder, we developed a refined yet approachable visual identity from logo and colour palette to typography and styling. The look and feel drew inspiration from Scandinavian calm: neutral tones, clean lines, and natural textures mirroring the club’s architect-designed space and focus on emotional wellbeing.

Website Strategy & UX:

We carefully planned the user journey, mapping out a site structure that made it easy for busy parents to find the information they needed, whether it was term dates, pricing, or understanding the club’s educational philosophy. Editorial storytelling and thoughtful copy helped position the brand as both nurturing and expert.

Development:

The result was a sleek, mobile-responsive site that balances form and function. Highlights include an elegant homepage, detailed program breakdowns, and simple pre-registration via an online payment portal securing a spot in the classes.

Thanks to a clear strategy, collaborative process, and full creative execution, The 3PM Club launched with a brand and website that reflects their values and speaks directly to their audience, laying the foundation for strong growth, parent trust, and child success.
